5. Delivery Partner Status

Delivery partners are independent contractors and not employees of SendAlong.

6. Payments

Payments must be made through the approved in-app payment system. Refunds are subject to investigation.

7. Limitation of Liability

SendAlong is not liable for indirect damages, improper packaging losses, or delays caused by external factors such as weather or traffic.

8. Account Suspension
